Month columns are weeks (Sunday start); Year columns are months. Bars there are the average per logged day — days with nothing logged are left out rather than averaged in as zero, because a logging gap is not a zero-calorie day. Body points average the real readings in each bucket; hollow means none were real.
Scale numbers are bioimpedance estimates — trends mean more than any single reading. Hollow markers are interpolated (the scale missed that day). The muscle-% goal assumes remaining loss is all fat; if the muscle chip above trends down, that assumption is breaking and the plan needs a look.
