Your data
OwnPlate keeps a plain-language record of what it has learned about you,
in your own Drive, under User Profile. Your conversations with the
coach are not stored — only a short rolling window it needs to
follow the thread, and what those conversations established.
Your data, your call
Take everything OwnPlate holds about you, start over, or leave.
Download everything (JSON)
If there is any chance you will want your history later,
download it first. After erasing or deleting, we cannot get any of it back for you.
Erase my data
A fresh start. Your meals, measurements, plans, conversations, pantry, recipes, imported
health data, and everything the coach has learned about you are erased. Your sign-in, membership and any
subscription stay as they are.
Delete my account
Everything above, plus your account itself. Any subscription is cancelled first, so you are
not charged again. Files in your Google Drive are yours and stay, unless you tick the box.
Show OwnPlate to someone
Two codes for a phone camera — at the gym, on the
beach, anywhere you would rather not spell out a link. The first opens
the front page. The second opens the OP Community with the hand-raising
form ready, for someone you are inviting to test: they leave an email
and a phone number right there.

Appearance
OwnPlate follows your device's light or dark
setting. Override it here if you'd rather choose — this browser
only. (The Tracking board stays dark either way; that's its
design.)
